Tums Ultra Usage: this medication is an antacid used to relieve upset stomach, heartburn or gas caused by stomach acid.

How to use Tums Ultra: Take this by mouth as directed. Chew thoroughly & swallow. do not swallow tablets whole. Follow each dose with a full glass about water. don't increase dose or take it more often than prescribed. If you feel you're dose is not effective, consult your physician.

Tums Ultra side effects: this medication is generally well tolerated. Constipation or stomach cramps may occur. Notify your doctor if they continue or become severe. Tell youre healthcare professional immediately if any about these serious side effects occur: loss of appetite, vomiting, dizziness, headache. If you notice another effects not listed above, contact your healthcare professional or physician.

Tums Ultra Precautions: Before taking this, tell your doctor if you have: kidney disease, any allergies. Avoid taking more doses then recommended. this med is considered safe since use during pregnancy or breast-feeding when used as directed.

Tums Ultra med interactions: Tell your doctor of any nonprescription or prescription medication you may take including: certain antibiotics (e.g., tetracyclines, quinolones), demeclocycline, methacycline, verapamil (a calcium channel blocker), quinidine, sodium polystyrene sulfonate, iron-containing products. do not start or stop any medicine with out pharmacist or pharmacist approval.

Tums Ultra Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact some your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, tiredness, & weakness.

Tums Ultra special notes: there are various forms of it pill available. the chewable tablets offer convenience but liquid form is faster acting. talk to your health care provider or pharmacist about the best product for you. If youre condition does not improve or worsens, contact your healthcare professional or physician. If your stools become dark at color or you vomit what looks like coffee grounds, contact you're doctor as these may be signs of stomach bleeding

If you missed Tums Ultra dose: If you miss a dose, take it as soon as remembered do not take it if this is near the time for following dose, instead, skip the missed dose & resume your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' the dose to catch up.

Tums Ultra Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from light and moisture. do not store in bathroom.
