Dbx Ear Usage: this medication is used to treat earwax buildup by softening, loosening, and removing earwax.
How to use Dbx Ear: Apply this med into ear, usually twice daily, or as directed by your doctor. do not use this drug for more than 4 days. for accuracy & to avoid contamination, have another poeple insert drops if possible. To apply ear drops, wash your hands first. To avoid contamination, do not touch dropper tip or let it touch your ear or any other surface. Lie on your side or tilt affected ear upward. Place dropper directly over the ear & instill recommended, or prescribed amount of drops. To help drops roll into the ear (for adults) hold earlobe up and back or (for children) hold the earlobe down and back. Keep head tilted since about two minutes or insert a soft cotton plug if so directed. If there is any wax remaining after treatment it may be removed by gently rinsing ear with warm water or using soft rubber bulb ear syringe. Consult you're doctor or healthcare professional about the safe use of an ear syringe. do not rinse the dropper. Replace the dropper cap after use.
Dbx Ear side effects: Ear drainage, ear pain, irritation or rash in ear, or dizziness may occur. If any of these effects persist or worsen, notify your pharmacist. this pill can cause crackling sound in ears. this harmless effect is temporary and due to the medicine foaming and loosening the earwax. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact youre healthcare professional or physician.
Dbx Ear Precautions: Tell your pharmacist your medical history, including: allergies, other ear problems (e.g., perforated or 'broken eardrum', ear infections/injuries/surgeries). Tell some your doctor if you are pregnant before using this medication. It's unknown if this drug passes into breast milk. Consult your healthcare professional before breast-feeding.
Dbx Ear drug interactions: Tell you're doctor about all prescription and nonprescription medication you may use, especially of: other ear medications. do not start or stop any medicine with out healthcare professional or physician approval.
Dbx Ear Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. this medicine may be harmful if swallowed.
Dbx Ear special notes: do not share this medication with others.
If you missed Dbx Ear dose: If you miss dose, use it as soon as you remember. If It's near time of next dose, skip missed dose & resume you're usual dosing schedule. do not double dose to catch up.
Dbx Ear Storage: Store at room temperature between 36 & 86 degrees F (2 to 30 degrees C) away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
