Compro Usage: this medication is used to control nausea and vomiting. It's also used for anxiety.
How to use Compro: Warm suppository under lukewarm water or in you're hands. Unwrap suppository & moisten with very small amount water. Lie down on you're left side with the right knee bent. Push the suppository into the rectum with your finger. Remain lying down for a few minutes & avoid having a bowel movement for an hour or longer so medication will be absorbed. don't use more of it medication then prescribed.
Compro side effects: Constipation, drowsiness, vision changes or dry mouth may occur. If any of these effects persist or worsen, notify your pharmacist. Unlikely to occur but report promptly: restlessness, muscle stiffness, weakness, difficulty speaking, loss of balance, mask- like facial expression, trembling or shaking, dizziness, lip smacking or other uncontrollable movements, difficulty urinating, skin rash/discoloration. Very unlikely to occur but report promptly: sore throat, unusual bleeding or bruising, stomach pain, yellowing about eyes or skin, dark urine, hot dry skin, vomiting. Though very unlikely to occur, notify you're pharmacist immediately if you experience any of the following effects: severe muscle stiffness, confusion, fever, seizures, irregular/fast heartbeat, increased sweating, prolonged/painful erection. in unlikely part you have an allergic reaction to this drug, seek immediate medical attention. Symptoms of an allergic reaction include: rash, itching, swelling, dizziness, trouble breathing. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your healthcare professional or physician.
Compro Precautions: Tell your healthcare professional your medical history especially of: very high or very low blood pressure, liver or heart disease, Reye's syndrome, alcohol or tablet dependencies, nervous system problems, blood disorders, any allergies (especially drug allergies). Use caution performing tasks that require alertness such as driving or using machinery. Use of alcohol can cause extreme drowsiness. Avoid alcohol use. it medication may increase sensitivity to sunlight. Avoid prolonged sun exposure & wear sunscreen and protective clothing when you are exposed to the sun. it medication can reduce sweating making you more susceptible to heat stroke. Avoid strenuous work or exercise in hot weather. the manufacturer of this medication does not recommend Its use during pregnancy. However, it may be used at certain cases. Discuss risks & benefits with your pharmacist. Certain tablets closely related to this one (a phenothiazine) are excreted into breast milk and may have undesirable effects on nursing infant. Consult you're pharmacist before breast-feeding.
Compro med interactions: Inform your doctor about all the pills you use (both prescription and nonprescription), especially of: anti-depressant/anti-anxiety medications, sparfloxacin, grepafloxacin, guanethidine, guanadrel, metrizamide, cabergoline, lithium, narcotic pain medication (e.g., codeine), drugs used to aid sleep, drowsiness-causing antihistamines (e.g., diphenhydramine), any other drugs that may make you drowsy. many cough-and-cold products contain ingredients that may add a drowsiness effect. Before using cough-and-cold medications, ask your pharmacist or pharmacist about safe use of those products. do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.
Compro Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include restlessness, muscle spasms, tremors, twitching, deep sleep or loss of consciousness, and seizures.

If you missed Compro dose: If youre dosing schedule is 1/day, use missed dose as soon as you remember that day. If missed dose isn't remembered until next day, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. If your schedule is more then one dose per day, use missed dose if you remember within an hour. If you do not remember until later, skip the missed dose & resume youre regular schedule. in all cases, do not 'double-up' doses.
