Varidin Usage: Vitamins the building blocks of body. They are used to prevent or treat a vitamin deficiency due to poor nutrition, certain illnesses or during pregnancy.

How to use Varidin: Take as directed. Food may affect the absorption of certain vitamin products. Consult youre physician. Chewable tablets must be chewed thoroughly before swallowing followed with glass of water. Timed-release capsules or tablets should be swallowed whole.

Varidin Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include diarrhea, loss of coordination; numbness of hands or feet; joint pain, or painful urination.

If you missed Varidin dose: Take the missed dose as soon as you remember; do not take if it is almost time since following dose. Instead, skip the missed dose and resume youre usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' dose to catch up.
