    St Joseph Cough Syrup Usage: this med is used to relieve a dry cough and helps to loosen phlegm and mucous in lungs so you can 'cough-up' (expectorate) mucous.

    How to use St Joseph Cough Syrup: Take each dose of this drug with a full glass about water. Water will also help break-up the mucous and clear congestion. Drink plenty of fluids while taking this med, unless your healthcare professional instructs you otherwise. do not take this medication for chronic, persistent cough such as occurs with smoking or asthma unless directed by your doctor. If cough lasts for more than one week, tends to recur, or is accompanied by fever, headache or rash, consult your doctor.

    St Joseph Cough Syrup side effects: this drug can cause stomach upset or rash. If these effects persist or worsen, inform your doctor. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your physician or doctor.

    St Joseph Cough Syrup Precautions: If you have any of the next health problems, consult your pharmacist before using this drug: breathing problems such as emphysema/chronic bronchitis/asthma, smoking, any allergies. it drug must be used only when clearly needed during pregnancy. Guaifenesin may affect results of certain lab tests.     St Joseph Cough Syrup Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact you're local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms about overdose may include drowsiness, fatigue, weakness, dizziness, and unusually slow heartbeat.
