    Meclizine, cyclizine - oral

    (meck-lih-zeen, sye-klih-zeen)

    Simular Drugs : Motion Sickness, Motion Sickness, Motion Sickness Ii, Motion Sickness Relief, Motion Sickness Relief Ii, Motion Sickness Tablet

    Motion Sickness Usage: this drug is used to prevent or treat nausea, vomiting and dizziness caused by motion sickness or middle ear infections.

    How to use Motion Sickness: for motion sickness, take first dose 30 minutes before traveling. for other conditions, take exactly as directed by you're healthcare professional. Chewable tablets must be chewed thoroughly before swallowing.

    Motion Sickness side effects: may cause drowsiness, blurred vision, stomach upset, headache or dry mouth. These effects should subside as some your body adjusts to the medication. If they persist or become bothersome, inform your physician. since it drug can cause drowsiness, use caution engaging in activities requiring alertness. If you notice another effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.

    Motion Sickness Precautions: Tell your physician your medical history, especially of: glaucoma, prostate problems, urinary problems, asthma, any allergies you have. Alcohol may intensify the drowsiness effect about this drug. Limit alcohol intake and use caution performing tasks that require alertness such as driving and operating machinery. do not give meclizine to child under 12 years of age with out doctor's permission. Before using it medication, inform your pharmacist if you pregnant. It's not known if it medication is excreted in to breast milk. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.

    Motion Sickness drug interactions: Tell your physician of every prescription and nonprescription medications you may use, especially about drugs that have drowsiness effect such as: drugs for cough/colds & allergies, meds used for sleep, anti-seizure meds, narcotic pain medications (e.g., codeine), barbiturates (e.g., phenobarbital), tranquilizers. do not start or stop any medicine without healthcare professional or pharmacist approval.

    Motion Sickness Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include unusual excitability, drowsiness, hallucinations, very slow or shallow breathing, and seizures.

    Motion Sickness special notes: do not share it pill with others.

    If you missed Motion Sickness dose: If you miss a dose, take as soon as remembered; do not take if this is almost time for the next dose, instead, skip missed dose & resume your usual dosing schedule. don't 'double-up' the dose to catch up.

    Motion Sickness Storage: Store at room temperature away from sunlight & moisture.
