Senna Ex Usage: Irritant or stimulant laxatives are used to treat constipation & to clear intestine before rectal or bowel examinations.

How to use Senna Ex: Take each dose with a full glass about water or juice & drink plenty about fluids while taking this drug. Chewable tablets are to be chewed thoroughly. pills are to be swallowed whole with full glass of water. Wafers to be chewed. Laxatives should not be used in persons experiencing stomach cramps, nausea or vomiting.

Senna Ex side effects: this drug may cause diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, rectal irritation, stomach cramps or bloating. If these effects continue or become bothersome, inform you're doctor. Notify your physician if you experience: rectal bleeding, rapid heart rate, weakness, dizziness, fainting, sweating, skin rash, unrelieved constipation. this pill can cause the urine to turn pink, red or brownish in color. do not be alarmed. It's not harmful. Prolonged, frequent or excessive use about laxatives may lead to dependency. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your pharmacist or pharmacist.

Senna Ex Precautions: Tell youre doctor your medical history, especially of: kidney disease, heart disease, HBP, swelling (edema), any allergies (especially to tartrazine). Castor oil is not recommended for use during pregnancy. Bulk producing laxatives an alternative. Discuss the risks and benefits with you're doctor. Consult some your doctor before using any medication while breast-feeding.

Senna Ex pill interactions: Because laxatives may interfere with absorption of some medications, Its important to tell your doctor of any over-the-counter or prescription drug you may take. Avoid use about dairy products or antacids within one hour about taking bisacodyl tablets. do not start or stop any medicine without healthcare professional or doctor approval.

Senna Ex Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms about overdose may include severe diarrhea, nausea/vomiting, loss about appetite, muscle cramps, weakness, lack of feeling alert, or dry gums & eyes.

Senna Ex special notes: To maintain normal bowel habits, it is important to drink plenty of fluids (4 to 6 eight ounce glasses a day), increase youre intake of fiber and roughage & exercise regularly.

If you missed Senna Ex dose: If you miss dose, take it as soon as remembered; do not take this if Its near clock for the next dose, instead, skip missed dose & resume your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' dose to catch up.
