Benzoyl peroxide - topical

Clearplex X Usage: Benzoyl peroxide is used to treat mild to moderate acne.

How to use Clearplex X: this medication is for topical use on the affected area only. Avoid using this in the eyes, mouth & nose, & on inflamed or damaged skin. the liquid wash or bar soap is used instead of soap once or 2 times day. Wet the skin before applying this. Gently work up lather and rinse thoroughly. do not scrub skin. Creams, lotions or gels are usually applied once or twice a day to the affected area. small amount is applied to the affected region & rubbed in gently. Pads: Wash the affected region of skin with mild cleanser & water then dry this. next apply the pad, usually one time or 2 times day to the skin as directed.

Clearplex X side effects: Slight stinging, dryness & peeling may occur initially. Expect this. However, notify your doctor if next effects occur: redness, irritation, scaly eruptions, rash. If you notice another effects not listed above, contact you're doctor or pharmacist.

Clearplex X Precautions: Tell your doctor your medical history, especially: other skin problems, any allergies. this medication may bleach hair & colored clothing. Avoid contact. Safe use of benzoyl peroxide in kid under 12 years old has not been established. Benzoyl peroxide should be used only when clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss risks and benefits with your pharmacist. Its not known if this drug is excreted into breast milk. Though they're have no reports (to date) of harm to nursing infants, consult your healthcare professional before breast-feeding.

Clearplex X drug interactions: Tell your doctor of every medicines you may use, both prescription and nonprescription, especially: other skin medicines. do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.

Clearplex X Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact youre local poison control center or emergency room immediately. this medicine may be harmful if swallowed.

Clearplex X special notes: this medication is available in many forms such as lotion, cream, gel or cleanser and in various strengths (2.5% to 10%). some canbe purchased without prescription. Discuss various products with you're physician or doctor to determine the best one for you.

If you missed Clearplex X dose: Use missed dose as soon as you remember & resume your regular dosing schedule.

Clearplex X Storage: Store between 59 & 76 degrees F (15 and 24.4 degrees C) away from moisture & sunlight.
