Bromplex HD Usage: Decongestants relieve nasal stuffiness. low-dose narcotic antitussive helps control a cough. the antihistamine is since relief from sneezing, runny nose, water eyes. this combination product is used to treat symptoms associated with common colds, allergies, hay fever and other respiratory illnesses.

How to use Bromplex HD: Take this drug as prescribed. Be sure to follow instructions closely. don't increase your dose or take this more often than directed. this pill is best taken with full glass of water after a meal or snack.

Bromplex HD side effects: Dizziness, drowsiness, headache, loss of appetite, nausea, stomach upset or dry mouth may occur the first some days as you're body adjusts to med. If any of these effects continue or become bothersome, inform your physician. To avoid dizziness and lightheadedness when rising from seated or lying position, get up slowly. Also limit your intake of alcoholic beverages which will aggravate these effects. Notify your doctor if you develop: chest pain, a rapid pulse, skin rash, HBP, difficulty urinating, tremors, nervousness, hallucinations, breathing trouble. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact some your physician or pharmacist.

Bromplex HD Precautions: Tell your doctor if you have: kidney disease, heart disease, lung disease, asthma, emphysema, hypertension, an overactive thyroid, diabetes, glaucoma, prostate trouble, depression, a history of drug dependency, any allergies. Use caution performing tasks requiring alertness if it medication causes you to feel drowsy. cash this product's ingredient list for phenylpropanolamine (PPA). FDA has issued warnings regarding PPA side effects. Consult you're healthcare professional promptly if this contains PPA or if you are uncertain this product has PPA. this pill must be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss the risks & benefits with your doctor. for small amounts of this tablet found in breast milk, consult you're doctor before breast-feeding.

Bromplex HD drug interactions: Tell your pharmacist of any over-the-counter or prescription tablet you may take, including: blood pressure tablets, antidepressants, sedatives, tranquilizers, sleeping tablets, MAO inhibitors (e.g., furazolidone, linezolid, phenelzine, selegiline, tranylcypromine), cimetidine, narcotic pain medication (e.g., codeine). Limit you're intake of alcoholic beverages while taking this medication. do not start or stop any medicine with-out pharmacist or pharmacist approval.

Bromplex HD Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms about overdose may include drowsiness, headache, dizziness, weakness, profuse sweating, slow or quick heartbeat, slow or shallow breathing, hyperactivity, fever, seizures, or unconsciousness.

Bromplex HD special notes: Drink plenty of fluids, especially water while taking this drug. it will help to break up mucus & clear congestion.

If you missed Bromplex HD dose: If you miss dose, take it as soon as remembered; do not take it if it is near the time for the next dose, instead, skip the missed dose & resume your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' dose to catch up.

Bromplex HD Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 & 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from heat and light. do not store in bathroom.
