V R Acid Reducer Usage: this tablet reduces amount of acid at you're stomach. it is used to relieve symptoms of heartburn, indigestion & sour stomach. Ranitidine is also used to prevent heartburn from certain foods or beverages.

How to use V R Acid Reducer: this medication is usually taken only when this is needed, up to twice daily (2 pills in 24 hours). this is best taken with, or immediately after, meals to relieve symptoms of heartburn. To prevent heartburn symptoms, ranitidine should be taken 30 to 60 minutes before eating food or drinking beverages that may cause heartburn. If you taking sucralfate, ranitidine should be taken in least 2 hours before sucralfate dose.

V R Acid Reducer side effects: Nausea, diarrhea, drowsiness, headache, dizziness, or trouble sleeping may occur. If these effects persist or worsen, notify your pharmacist. Tell your physician immediately if you have any of these unlikely but serious side effects: trouble breathing, muscle pain, joint pain, blurred vision, itching, rash, fever. Tell youre doctor immediately if you have any of these highly unlikely but very serious side effects: irregular heartbeat (e.g., unusually fast or slow heartbeat), chest pain, mental/mood changes, stomach pain, yellowing of the eyes or skin, unusual bleeding or bruising. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact youre doctor or pharmacist.

V R Acid Reducer Precautions: Before using this medication, tell your pharmacist or pharmacist your medical history, especially of: heartburn combined with lightheadedness or sweating or dizziness, chest pain or shoulder/jaw pain especially with shortness of breath, pain spreading to arms or neck or shoulders, unexplained weight loss, liver or kidney problems, severe stomach pain, another stomach problems (e.g., tumors), any allergies (including drug allergies). Smoking can help cause ulcers & can prevent them from healing. Smoking must be avoided. Alcohol can irritate the stomach and cause bleeding. Consult some your doctor about the safe use of alcohol. chat to your doctor about safe use about this product for children. Tell your doctor if you pregnant before using this medication. Ranitidine passes into breast milk. Because about the potential risk to infant, breast-feeding while using it pill is not recommended. Consult youre healthcare professional before breast-feeding.

V R Acid Reducer med interactions: Tell your doctor of all prescription & nonprescription medication you may use, especially about: ketoconazole, itraconazole, triazolam. this medication is available in both prescription and over-the- counter formulations. do not take both at same clock. Ranitidine may affect results of certain medical/laboratory tests (e.g., urine protein). Be sure to tell your pharmacist you are taking ranitidine. every nonprescription/prescription aspirin or aspirin-like medicine can cause stomach irritation/ulcers. Consult your pharmacist or physician. do not start or stop any medicine with-out physician or pharmacist approval.

V R Acid Reducer Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact some your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include difficulty breathing, fast heartbeat, tremors, vomiting, restlessness, weakness, fatigue, or dizziness.

V R Acid Reducer special notes: do not share this drug with others. your healthcare professional may recommend few lifestyle changes such as stop- smoking programs, diet changes, and exercise to help treat and prevent heartburn.

If you missed V R Acid Reducer dose: If you miss dose, use it as soon as you remember. If it is near the time about the following dose, skip missed dose and resume youre usual dosing schedule. don't double dose to catch up.

V R Acid Reducer Storage: Store at room temperature between 36 & 86 degrees F (2 to 30 degrees C) away from light & moisture.
