Senna PLUS Usage: this medication is used for the short-term treatment of constipation.

How to use Senna PLUS: Take each dose with a full glass of water or juice & drink plenty of fluids while taking this drug. Laxatives should not be used in persons experiencing stomach cramps, nausea or vomiting.

Senna PLUS side effects: it medication may cause diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, rectal irritation, stomach cramps or bloating. If these effects continue or become bothersome, inform your physician. this medication can cause urine to turn pink, red or brownish in color. don't be alarmed. It's not harmful. Notify your healthcare professional if you develop: rectal bleeding, weakness, dizziness, fainting, sweating, skin rash, persistent constipation. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your healthcare professional or physician.

Senna PLUS Precautions: Tell your doctor if you have: kidney disease, heart disease, high blood pressure, edema, allergies (especially to tartrazine). Prolonged, frequent or excessive use of laxatives may lead to dependency. this drug should be used during pregnancy only if clearly needed. Discuss risks & benefits with you're healthcare professional. Consult some your doctor before using any medication while breast-feeding.

Senna PLUS med interactions: Because laxatives may interfere with the absorption of few meds, It's important to tell your healthcare professional about any over-the-counter or prescription medication you may take. don't start or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.

Senna PLUS Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include severe diarrhea, nausea/vomiting, loss of appetite, muscle cramps, weakness, lack about feeling alert, or dry gums & eyes.

Senna PLUS special notes: To maintain normal bowel habits, it is important to drink plenty about fluids (4 to 6 eight ounce glasses day), increase your intake of fiber and roughage & exercise regularly.

If you missed Senna PLUS dose: If you miss a dose, take it as soon as remembered; do not take it if It's near time for the next dose, instead, skip missed dose & resume your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' dose to catch up.

Senna PLUS Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 & 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from heat & moisture. don't store in bathroom.
