Dynahist Er Usage: Antihistamines provide relief of symptoms of allergies such as rash, hives, watery eyes, runny nose, itching eyes & sneezing. Decongestants relieve congestion, promote sinus draining & improve breathing.

How to use Dynahist Er: May be taken with food or milk to prevent stomach upset. Sustained-release or long acting tablets & capsules must be swallowed whole. Chewing or crushing them will destroy long action and may increase side effects. It's recommended to drink plenty about fluids while taking this drug, unless you're healthcare professional instructs you otherwise. If symptoms do not improve after 7 days or are accompanied by a high fever, notify you're doctor. do not increase the dose or take this more frequently than recommended.

Dynahist Er side effects: can cause drowsiness, dizziness, headache, loss of appetite, stomach upset, blurred vision, restlessness, irritability & dry mouth and nose. These effects should subside as you're body adjusts to drug. If they persist or become bothersome, inform you're doctor. Notify your pharmacist if you develop: trouble breathing, irregular heartbeat, chest pain, ringing in ears, difficulty urinating. can cause dizziness especially when rising quickly from seated or lying position. Change positions slowly & be careful on stairs. Use caution engaging in activities requiring alertness. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your pharmacist or doctor.

Dynahist Er Precautions: Tell your pharmacist your medical history, especially of: asthma, glaucoma, diabetes, ulcers, difficulty urinating due to an enlarged prostate gland, heart disease, HBP, seizures, overactive thyroid gland. cash this product's ingredient list for phenylpropanolamine (PPA). FDA has issued warnings regarding PPA side effects. Consult your pharmacist promptly if this contains PPA or if you uncertain this product has PPA. it drug should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Consult you're doctor before breast-feeding. check another medicines you take since duplications. do not drink alcoholic beverages. do not give extended-release tablets to a child younger than 12 years of age unless directed to do so by pharmacist.

Dynahist Er med interactions: Tell your pharmacist of every prescription and nonprescription drugs you may use, especially pill since: high blood pressure, seizures, depression. Tell some your doctor if you use any drugs that make you drowsy such as: sleeping tablets, sedatives, tranquilizers, muscle relaxants, narcotic pain medication (e.g., codeine), other cold or allergy drugs. do not take this medication if you have taken an MAO inhibitor (e.g., furazolidone, phenelzine, selegiline, tranylcypromine) within the last two weeks. do not start or stop any medicine without healthcare professional or healthcare professional approval.

Dynahist Er Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose at children may include dizziness, nausea/vomiting, abnormal eye movements, flushed face, dry mouth, change in amount of urine, fever, excitation, agitation, unconsciousness, bizarre behavior, confusion, restlessness, irritability, delirium, twitching, tiredness, abnormal tongue movement, trembling extremities, slurred speech, or seizures. Symptoms of overdose in adults may include nausea/vomiting, drowsiness, dizziness, or unconsciousness, which may be followed by excitement or seizures.

If you missed Dynahist Er dose: If you miss dose, take as soon as remembered; do not take if this is almost time for following dose, instead, skip the missed dose & resume your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' dose to catch up.

Dynahist Er Storage: Store at room temperature away from sunlight & moisture.
