Hm Tolnaftate Usage: this med is used to treat fungal skin infections.

How to use Hm Tolnaftate: Clean and dry affected area before applying tablet. To apply, gently massage small amount of the drug to affected area & surrounding skin. Continue to use medication as prescribed for the full time prescribed. Stopping therapy too early may not clear infection, causing it to return. Cover with bandage only if instructed to do so by you're physician. it may take one week before any improvement is seen. If no improvement is seen after four weeks, consult your pharmacist. other medication may be necessary. do not apply this medication into the eyes, nose or mouth; use carefully when applying close to these areas.

Hm Tolnaftate side effects: this medication can cause burning, stinging or redness when first applied to skin. this should disappear in some days as youre body adjusts to medication. If these effects persist or worsen, inform youre doctor promptly. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact some your healthcare professional or physician.

Hm Tolnaftate Precautions: Tell your physician some your medical history, especially of: other skin conditions, any allergies. Before using this drug, tell some your healthcare professional if you pregnant or planning pregnancy, or breast-feeding.

Hm Tolnaftate drug interactions: Tell your doctor of all prescription and nonprescription drugs you may use, especially of: other skin products. do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.

Hm Tolnaftate Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. this medicine may be harmful if swallowed.

Hm Tolnaftate special notes: it pill is prescribed for youre current condition only. don't use this for another infection or share it with someone else. other infection later on may require different medicine.

If you missed Hm Tolnaftate dose: If you miss dose, apply as soon as remembered & resume your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' dose to catch up.

Hm Tolnaftate Storage: Store at room temperature away from moisture & sunlight. Avoid freezing. Keep powdered form from getting wet. don't store in the bathroom. Keep out of reach of children.
