Docu Soft Usage: this drug helps fluids to mix with stool to keep them from becoming hard or dry. Its used to treat constipation.

How to use Docu Soft: Swallow capsules & pills whole with full glass about water or juice. the liquid and syrup forms must be given in 6 to 8 ounces about milk or juice to prevent throat irritation. Relief is usually obtained in 1 to 3 days after first dose.

Docu Soft side effects: it medication may cause stomach ache, cramping or irritated throat (liquid & syrup forms). If these effects continue or become bothersome, inform your doctor. Notify you're doctor if you experience: skin rash, rectal bleeding, lack about bowel movements. Frequent use about laxatives can cause dehydration & loss of essential nutrients. Symptoms include muscle cramps, muscle weakness or dizziness. Maintain an adequate fluid intake while using this medication. If you notice another effects not listed above, contact you're doctor or physician.

Docu Soft Precautions: don't take aspirin (unless prescribed by your doctor) or mineral oil while taking stool softeners. If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, do not take over-the-counter stool softeners (or any other nonprescription medication) without obtaining youre doctor's advice.

Docu Soft medication interactions: this drug is not recommended for use with mineral oil. Ask your pharmacist or pharmacist for more following info. Tell you're healthcare professional of all prescription and nonprescription tablet you may use, especially aspirin.

Docu Soft Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately.

Docu Soft special notes: Laxatives must only be used temporarily until normal bowel habits return. Prolonged use can lead to laxative dependence. To prevent constipation: drink 4 to six glasses of water daily, include bulk or roughage in your diet, & exercise regularly.

If you missed Docu Soft dose: If you miss a dose, take as soon as remembered; do not take if it is almost clock since following dose, instead, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' dose to catch up.
