    Combination antibiotic - ophthalmic ointment

    Ak Poly Bac Usage: it medication is used to treat eye infections.

    How to use Ak Poly Bac: for best effects, it tablet must be used as directed. Continue using it for full clock prescribed. Stopping this medication too soon may not clear the infection and could possibly result in a reinfection. Apply eye ointment to the affected eyes as follows: Wash hands 1st. To avoid contamination, be careful not to touch the tube tip or let this touch your eye. Rolling ointment tube in you're hands for a minute will make ointment flow easier. Tilt youre head back, gaze upward and pull down lower eyelid to make pouch. Place 1/4 to 1/2 inch of ointment into the pouch by squeezing the tube gently. Close eye & roll the eyeball in all directions to spread the tablet. Try not to blink & do not rub the eye. Wipe the tip of ointment tube with tissue to remove excess medication before capping it. If you using an eye drop in addition to it tablet, apply the eye drops 1st and wait at least five minutes before applying this eye ointment. If you are using another type of eye ointment, wait at least ten minutes after using it medication before applying it.

    Ak Poly Bac side effects: this pill may temporarily sting or burn your eyes for minute or two when 1st applied. If this continues or becomes bothersome, inform your doctor. Vision may be temporarily blurred or unstable for a period after applying eye ointment. Use caution if driving or performing duties requiring clear vision. Notify youre pharmacist immediately if you develop: rash, itching or burning eyes, redness/pain or swelling in or around the eyes, vision problems. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact you're doctor or doctor.

    Ak Poly Bac Precautions: Tell you're physician your medical history, especially of: all eye problems, any allergies you may have. this medication should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss the risks & benefits with your doctor. this is not known if it eye drug is excreted in to breast milk. Consult some your healthcare professional before breast-feeding.

    Ak Poly Bac drug interactions: Tell your doctor of any over-the-counter or prescription medication you may take. don't start or stop any medicine without pharmacist or doctor approval.

    Ak Poly Bac Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. this medicine may be harmful if swallowed.

    Ak Poly Bac special notes: If condition for which it was prescribed does not improve or becomes worse after a some days, consult your physician.

    If you missed Ak Poly Bac dose: If you miss a dose, use it as soon as remembered; do not use it if it is near the time for the next dose, instead, skip the missed dose & resume your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' the dose to catch up.

    Ak Poly Bac Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 & 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from heat & light. USD the expiration date on the tube & discard any expired tablet.
