Dyline Gg Usage: Guaifenesin is an expectorant which helps to loosen mucus. Dyphylline acts to widen air passages in lungs to make breathing easier. this combination medication is used to relieve symptoms associated with common cold, allergies, hay fever, sinusitis & other respiratory illnesses.
How to use Dyline Gg: Take it medication as prescribed. Be sure to follow instructions closely. do not increase some your dose or take it more often than directed. this drug is best taken with a full glass of water after meal or snack.
Dyline Gg side effects: Headache, stomach upset, loss about appetite, nausea, anxiety, irritability or nervousness may occur the first some days as your body adjusts to the tablet. If any about these effects continue or become bothersome, inform your pharmacist. Notify your doctor if you develop: chest pain, fast/irregular heartbeat, rash, vomiting, trouble sleeping, dizziness, flushing, tremors, mental confusion. Notify your pharmacist if your breathing difficulty continues or worsens. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your physician or pharmacist.
Dyline Gg Precautions: Tell you're physician you're medical history, especially of: kidney disease, heart disease, lung disease (e.g., asthma, emphysema), HBP, history about ulcers or seizures, glaucoma, any allergies. Smoking can reduce effects of it med. Inform your doctor if you smoke before taking it. Limit your intake of caffeine containing goods while taking it medication as it can increase risk about side effects. Caffeine is found in coffee, tea, cola, cocoa & chocolate. it med should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss risks & benefits with your doctor. since small amounts about it drug are found in breast milk, consult your doctor before breast-feeding.
Dyline Gg medication interactions: Tell your healthcare professional of any over-the-counter or prescription medication you may take including: blood pressure medicine, anti-seizure drugs, antibiotics, steroids, thyroid hormones, 'water pills' (diuretics). do not start or stop any medicine without physician or healthcare professional approval.
Dyline Gg Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, restlessness, irritability, headache, difficulty sleeping, loss of appetite, irregular heart rate, sweating, & seizures.
Dyline Gg special notes: Drink plenty of fluids, especially water while taking this drug. it will help to break up mucus & clear congestion.
If you missed Dyline Gg dose: If you miss dose, take it as soon as remembered; do not take it if it is near time for next dose, instead, skip missed dose & resume your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' the dose to catch up.
Dyline Gg Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from heat & light. do not store in the bathroom.
