Ak Dex Usage: it pill is used to treat swelling & itching of the eye (ophthalmic).

How to use Ak Dex: Use it as prescribed. To apply eye med, wash hands first. Be careful not to touch the dropper tip or let it touch the affected area to avoid contamination. Shake suspension form well before using. Tilt you're head back, gaze upward and pull down the lower eyelid to make a pouch. Place dropper directly over eye and administer the prescribed number of drops. look downward and gently close your eye for 1 to two minutes. If you are using another kind about eye med, wait five to ten minutes before applying.

Ak Dex side effects: side effects listed assume short-term use of this med. it medication may temporarily sting when first applied. If it persists or becomes bothersome, inform your doctor. Vision may be temporarily blurred after applying eye drug. Use caution if driving or performing duties requiring clear vision. Notify your pharmacist if you develop: skin rash, itching, redness or swelling in or around the eyes. Very unlikely effects: persistent vision problems, watering eyes, eye pain. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact you're physician or pharmacist.

Ak Dex Precautions: Before using this drug, tell your physician: any allergies, infections, eye problems. Using contact lenses during treatment with this drug may increase chance of developing an eye infection. Prolonged use may result at glaucoma, cataracts, and other eye problems. Consult your physician or pharmacist. this drug should be used only when clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss risks & benefits with your physician. Consult youre doctor if breast-feeding.

Ak Dex drug interactions: Tell your healthcare professional about every prescription and nonprescription drug you use. do not start or stop any medicine without pharmacist or pharmacist approval.

Ak Dex Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact youre local poison control center or emergency room immediately. this medicine may be harmful if swallowed.

Ak Dex special notes: If the condition for which this was prescribed does not improve or becomes worse after few days, consult your doctor.

If you missed Ak Dex dose: If you miss dose, use it as soon as remembered; don't use if Its almost clock for next dose, instead, skip missed dose & resume your usual dosing schedule. don't 'double-up' the dose to catch up.

Ak Dex Storage: Store at room temperature away from sunlight. Avoid freezing.
