Dyfilin Gg Usage: Guaifenesin is an expectorant which helps to loosen mucus. Dyphylline acts to widen air passages at the lungs to make breathing easier. it combination drug is used to relieve symptoms associated with the common cold, allergies, hay fever, sinusitis and other respiratory illnesses.
How to use Dyfilin Gg: Take this drug as prescribed. Be sure to follow instructions closely. don't increase some your dose or take this more often than directed. this medication is best taken with a full glass of water after a meal or snack.
Dyfilin Gg side effects: Headache, stomach upset, loss about appetite, nausea, anxiety, irritability or nervousness may occur the first some days as your body adjusts to the tablet. If any of these effects continue or become bothersome, inform your pharmacist. Notify your pharmacist if you develop: chest pain, fast/irregular heartbeat, rash, vomiting, trouble sleeping, dizziness, flushing, tremors, mental confusion. Dyfilin Gg drug interactions: Tell youre healthcare professional of any over-the-counter or prescription medication you may take including: blood pressure medicine, anti-seizure drugs, antibiotics, steroids, thyroid hormones, 'water pills' (diuretics). do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or physician approval.
Dyfilin Gg Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, restlessness, irritability, headache, difficulty sleeping, loss of appetite, irregular heart rate, sweating, & seizures.
Dyfilin Gg special notes: Drink plenty of fluids, especially water while taking it medication. it will help to break up mucus and clear congestion.
If you missed Dyfilin Gg dose: If you miss dose, take it as soon as remembered; don't take it if it is near time for following dose, instead, skip the missed dose & resume your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' dose to catch up.
Dyfilin Gg Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from heat and light. do not store in bathroom.
