Childs Cold Allergy Usage: Antihistamines provide relief of symptoms of allergies such as rash, hives, watery eyes, runny nose, itching eyes & sneezing. Decongestants relieve congestion, promote sinus draining and improve breathing.
How to use Childs Cold Allergy: May be taken with food or milk to prevent stomach upset. it is recommended to drink plenty of fluids while taking this tablet, unless your doctor instructs you otherwise. If symptoms do not improve after 7 days or accompanied by high fever, notify your doctor. don't increase the dose or take this more frequently then recommended. suspension dosage form must be shaken well before each use.
Childs Cold Allergy side effects: may cause drowsiness, dizziness, headache, loss of appetite, stomach upset, blurred vision, restlessness, irritability & dry mouth & nose. These effects should subside as your body adjusts to med. If they persist or become bothersome, inform you're doctor. Notify you're pharmacist if you develop: breathing difficulties, heart pounding, irregular heartbeat, chest pain, ringing in the ears, difficulty urinating. can cause dizziness especially when rising quickly from a seated or lying position. Change positions slowly and be careful on stairs. Use caution engaging in activities requiring alertness. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your healthcare professional or pharmacist.
Childs Cold Allergy Precautions: Tell you're physician you're medical history, especially of: asthma, glaucoma, ulcers, difficulty urinating due to an enlarged prostate gland, heart disease, hypertension, seizures, an overactive thyroid gland, medication allergies. check this product's ingredient list for phenylpropanolamine (PPA). the FDA has issued warnings regarding PPA side effects. Consult your physician promptly if it contains PPA or if you are uncertain it product has PPA. do not drink alcoholic beverages. this med should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Consult youre pharmacist before breast-feeding. do not give this medication to kid younger than six years of age unless directed to do so by a healthcare professional.
Childs Cold Allergy drug interactions: Tell some your doctor what medications you take, especially of: HBP drugs, anti-seizure meds, antidepressants, sleeping meds, sedatives, tranquilizers, muscle relaxants, narcotic pain medication, other cold or allergy medication. don't take this drug if you have taken an MAO inhibitor (e.g., furazolidone, linezolid, phenelzine, selegiline, tranylcypromine) within the last 2 weeks. do not start or stop any medicine without healthcare professional or healthcare professional approval.
Childs Cold Allergy Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose in children may include dizziness, nausea/vomiting, abnormal eye movements, flushed face, dry mouth, change in amount of urine, fever, excitation, agitation, unconsciousness, bizarre behavior, confusion, restlessness, irritability, delirium, twitching, tiredness, abnormal tongue movement, trembling extremities, slurred speech, or seizures. Symptoms of overdose in adults may include nausea/vomiting, drowsiness, dizziness, or unconsciousness, which may be followed by excitement or seizures.

If you missed Childs Cold Allergy dose: If you miss dose, take as soon as remembered; do not take if It's almost time since following dose, instead, skip missed dose & resume youre usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' dose to catch up.
Childs Cold Allergy Storage: Store at room temperature away from sunlight and moisture.
