How to use Hm Suppository Adult: Unwrap suppository & moisten with lukewarm water. Lie down on your left side with right knee bent (if left-handed, lie on the right side with left knee bent). Push suppository in to rectum with your finger. do not use more of this medication than directed on package label or by you're pharmacist. don't use for longer than 1 week unless directed by you're doctor.
