Decongestant - nasal spray
Nasal Relief Usage: it med promotes nasal drainage and relieves nasal stuffiness. it is used to relieve symptoms associated with a cold, hay fever, allergies, sinus infections & other related conditions. it is also used to relieve plugged ears.
How to use Nasal Relief: it medication is used in nose as directed. To apply nasal spray, first blow youre nose to help improve penetration of the drug. Keeping you're head upright, place the nasal spray just inside the nostril being careful not to touch container to the inside of nose. Squeeze the container as you inhale deeply through your nose. Sniff hard few times to be sure med reaches deep in to nose. do not use this more often than directed or increase your dose. Therapy usually lasts for 3 to 5 days. Excessive use of this med can actually increase nasal congestion.
Nasal Relief side effects: Stinging, burning, sneezing, increased nasal discharge, drying of the nostrils, and altered taste may occur. If these effects continue or become bothersome, inform your pharmacist. Notify your doctor if you develop: rapid or pounding heartbeat, dizziness, trouble sleeping, shaking of hands, tremors, unusual weakness. it medication may cause dizziness. Use caution engaging in activities requiring alertness. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your healthcare professional or physician.
Nasal Relief Precautions: Tell your doctor if you have: heart problems, thyroid disease, diabetes, HBP, seizure disorder, glaucoma, allergies (especially to sulfites). the elderly & children may be more susceptible to the effects of this pill. Use it with caution. it drug should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss risks & benefits with your doctor. since small amounts of this drug are found in breast milk, consult your healthcare professional before breast-feeding.
Nasal Relief pill interactions: Tell youre healthcare professional of any over-the-counter or prescription pill you may take especially of: high blood pressure drugs, antidepressants, cough-and-cold or allergy medications. do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or physician approval.
Nasal Relief Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include drowsiness, unconsciousness, sweating, dizziness, headache, or unusually quick heartbeat.
Nasal Relief special notes: there various nasal decongestants available, many without a prescription. Discuss with your healthcare professional or healthcare professional best product for you.
If you missed Nasal Relief dose: If you miss dose, take it as soon as remembered; do not take this if Its near time for the next dose, instead, skip missed dose & resume you're usual dosing schedule. don't 'double-up' dose to catch up.
Nasal Relief Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 & 30 degrees C) away from heat and light. don't store in the bathroom. do not share the container with anyone else. Throw away the container when med is no longer required.
