Docu Liquid Usage: this medication helps fluids to mix with the stool to keep them from becoming hard or dry. It's used to treat constipation.

How to use Docu Liquid: Swallow capsules and tablets whole with full glass about water or juice. liquid and syrup forms must be given in 6 to 8 ounces about milk or juice to prevent throat irritation. Relief is usually obtained at 1 to 3 days after first dose.

Docu Liquid side effects: this drug can cause stomach ache, cramping or irritated throat (liquid and syrup forms). If these effects continue or become bothersome, inform your doctor. Notify youre physician if you experience: skin rash, rectal bleeding, lack of bowel movements. Frequent use about laxatives may cause dehydration & loss of essential nutrients. Symptoms include muscle cramps, muscle weakness or dizziness. Maintain an adequate fluid intake while using this medication. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.

Docu Liquid Precautions: do not take aspirin (unless prescribed by youre doctor) or mineral oil while taking stool softeners. If you pregnant or breast-feeding, do not take over-the-counter stool softeners (or any another nonprescription medication) with out obtaining some your doctor's advice.

Docu Liquid drug interactions: this pill isn't recommended for use with mineral oil. Ask some your physician or pharmacist for more details. Tell your doctor of every prescription & nonprescription medication you may use, especially aspirin.

Docu Liquid Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately.

Docu Liquid special notes: Laxatives must only be used temporarily until normal bowel habits return. Prolonged use can lead to laxative dependence. To prevent constipation: drink 4 to 6 glasses of water daily, include bulk or roughage at your diet, and exercise regularly.

If you missed Docu Liquid dose: If you miss a dose, take as soon as remembered; do not take if this is almost time for following dose, instead, skip missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' dose to catch up.

Docu Liquid Storage: Store at room temperature away from sunlight & moisture.
