Denorex Extra Strength Usage: Coal tar shampoo is used to treat itching & skin flaking/irritation caused by certain skin conditions of head & scalp (e.g., dandruff, seborrheic dermatitis, psoriasis).

How to use Denorex Extra Strength: Apply this pill onto the hair & scalp usually twice weekly; or as directed by your healthcare professional. Shake bottle well before each application/shampoo. Wet your hair thoroughly with water & rub the shampoo into lather on your hair & scalp. Rinse your hair well with water and repeat. this medicated shampoo is for use on the scalp & hair only. do not use if you have open skin (e.g., sores/wounds) on your scalp. Avoid gettin any of this shampoo in youre eyes. If eye contact occurs, rinse youre eyes thoroughly with water. If eye irritation persists or worsens, contact some your doctor promptly. Avoid getting any of this shampoo on you're clothes. it product may stain your clothing.

Denorex Extra Strength side effects: Minor skin/scalp irritation or darkened/stained skin may occur. If any of these effects persist or worsen, notify some your healthcare professional promptly. Tell your physician immediately if any of these serious side effects occur: large and/or painful skin sores/pimples on the scalp. An allergic reaction to this product is unlikely, but seek immeditial medical attention if it occurs. Symptoms of an allergic reaction include: rash, itching, swelling, dizziness, trouble breathing. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.

Denorex Extra Strength Precautions: Tell your physician youre medical history, especially of: other skin conditions, any allergies. it medication may make you more sensitive to sun. Avoid prolonged sun exposure or wear protective clothing or hat when outdoors. Tell youre doctor if you are pregnant before using it medicated shampoo. it is unknown if this med passes into breast milk. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.

Denorex Extra Strength drug interactions: Tell you're healthcare professional of all prescription & nonprescription drug you may use, especially: other medicated shampoos or topical products. do not start or stop any medicine with-out doctor or pharmacist approval.

Denorex Extra Strength Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact some your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. this product may be harmful if swallowed.

Denorex Extra Strength special notes: do not share this product with others.

If you missed Denorex Extra Strength dose: If you miss a dose, use it as soon as you remember. If Its near the time of next dose, skip the missed dose & resume some your usual dosing schedule. do not double the dose to catch up.

Denorex Extra Strength Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 & 30 degrees C) away from light and moisture.
