Difil G Forte Usage: Guaifenesin is an expectorant which helps to loosen mucus. Dyphylline acts to widen air passages in lungs to make breathing easier. this combination medication is used to relieve symptoms associated with the common cold, allergies, hay fever, sinusitis & other respiratory illnesses.

How to use Difil G Forte: Take this pill as prescribed. Be sure to follow instructions closely. don't increase your dose or take this more often than directed. this med is best taken with full glass of water after meal or snack.

Difil G Forte side effects: Headache, stomach upset, loss about appetite, nausea, anxiety, irritability or nervousness may occur the 1st few days as some your body adjusts to medication. If any about these effects continue or become bothersome, inform your physician. Notify your doctor if you develop: chest pain, fast/irregular heartbeat, rash, vomiting, trouble sleeping, dizziness, flushing, tremors, mental confusion. Notify your physician if your breathing difficulty continues or worsens. If you notice another effects not listed above, contact you're healthcare professional or physician.

Difil G Forte Precautions: Tell some your healthcare professional youre medical history, especially of: kidney disease, heart disease, lung disease (e.g., asthma, emphysema), HBP, history of ulcers or seizures, glaucoma, any allergies. Smoking can reduce the effects about this medication. Inform your healthcare professional if you smoke before taking it. Limit your intake of caffeine containing goods while taking this pill as this can increase the risk about side effects. Caffeine is found at coffee, tea, cola, cocoa & chocolate. this medication must be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss the risks and benefits with your healthcare professional. since small amounts of this medication are found in breast milk, consult youre pharmacist before breast-feeding.

Difil G Forte drug interactions: Tell your doctor of any over-the-counter or prescription medication you may take including: blood pressure medicine, anti-seizure medications, antibiotics, steroids, thyroid hormones, 'water pills' (diuretics). do not start or stop any medicine without pharmacist or physician approval.

Difil G Forte Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact youre local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms about overdose may include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, restlessness, irritability, headache, difficulty sleeping, loss of appetite, irregular heart rate, sweating, and seizures.

Difil G Forte special notes: Drink plenty of fluids, especially water while taking this medication. this will help to break up mucus & clear congestion.

If you missed Difil G Forte dose: If you miss a dose, take this as soon as remembered; do not take it if Its near time for the next dose, instead, skip the missed dose & resume your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' the dose to catch up.

Difil G Forte Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 & 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from heat & light. do not store in bathroom.
