Decongestant - nasal spray
Nasal four Usage: this medication promotes nasal drainage & relieves nasal stuffiness. this is used to relieve symptoms associated with a cold, hay fever, allergies, sinus infections and other related conditions. It's also used to relieve plugged ears.
How to use Nasal four: this drug is used in the nose as directed. To apply nasal spray, first blow your nose to help improve penetration about the pill. Keeping your head upright, place nasal spray just inside the nostril being careful not to touch container to the inside of the nose. Squeeze the container as you inhale deeply through your nose. Sniff hard several times to be sure drug reaches deep into nose. don't use this more often than directed or increase your dose. Therapy usually lasts for 3 to 5 days. Excessive use of this med can actually increase nasal congestion.
Nasal four side effects: Stinging, burning, sneezing, increased nasal discharge, drying about the nostrils, & altered taste may occur. If these effects continue or become bothersome, inform your doctor. Notify some your doctor if you develop: rapid or pounding heartbeat, dizziness, trouble sleeping, shaking of hands, tremors, unusual weakness. it medication may cause dizziness. Use caution engaging in activities requiring alertness. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or physician.
Nasal four Precautions: Tell your pharmacist if you have: heart problems, thyroid disease, diabetes, HBP, seizure disorder, glaucoma, allergies (especially to sulfites). the elderly & children may be more susceptible to the effects of this drug. Use this with caution. it med should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss the risks & benefits with you're healthcare professional. since small amounts of this medication found in breast milk, consult your healthcare professional before breast-feeding.
Nasal four pill interactions: Tell some your physician of any over-the-counter or prescription medication you may take especially of: high blood pressure drugs, antidepressants, cough-and-cold or allergy drugs. do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or physician approval.
Nasal four Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include drowsiness, unconsciousness, sweating, dizziness, headache, or unusually quick heartbeat.
Nasal 4 special notes: there various nasal decongestants available, many without prescription. Discuss with your healthcare professional or pharmacist best product for you.
If you missed Nasal four dose: If you miss dose, take it as soon as remembered; do not take it if it is near time for the following dose, instead, skip missed dose & resume your usual dosing schedule. don't 'double-up' dose to catch up.
Nasal four Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 & 86 degrees F (15 & 30 degrees C) away from heat & light. do not store in the bathroom. don't share the container with anyone else. Throw away container when medication is no longer required.
