Medi Tussin Pe Usage: Guaifenesin is an expectorant used to help clear mucous & congestion. Decongestants (e.g., pseudoephedrine) help relieve nasal congestion. it combination medication is used to treat symptoms associated with cold, allergies or respiratory tract illness.
How to use Medi Tussin Pe: Take this drug by mouth as directed. do not increase dose or take it more much times or longer than prescribed. it is recommended to drink plenty of fluids (6-8 glasses day) to help relieve congestion.
Medi Tussin Pe side effects: Nausea, stomach upset, loss about appetite, nervousness, dizziness or headache may occur the first some days as your body adjusts to medication. If these effects continue or become bothersome, inform you're pharmacist. Notify your physician if you develop: chest pain, a rapid heart rate, anxiety, fear, difficulty urinating (men only), difficulty sleeping. If you notice another effects not listed above, contact your physician or pharmacist.
Medi Tussin Pe Precautions: Tell your doctor if you have: heart problems, liver disease, kidney disease, lung disease, emphysema, HBP, overactive thyroid, diabetes mellitus, glaucoma, difficulty urinating or an enlarged prostate, seizures, allergies (especially drug allergies). Because it med may cause dizziness, use caution performing tasks requiring alertness & avoid consuming alcohol which can aggravate it effect. this tablet should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. it isn't known if this tablet appears in breast milk; consult your doctor before breast-feeding.
Medi Tussin Pe medication interactions: Tell youre pharmacist about any over-the-counter or prescription medication you may take, including: sleeping pills, sedatives, tranquilizers, muscle relaxants, tablet for depression, HBP drugs. Tell your physician if you have taken any MAO inhibitors (e.g., furazolidone, linezolid, phenelzine, selegiline, tranylcypromine) in the last two weeks. don't start or stop any medicine with-out doctor or pharmacist approval.
Medi Tussin Pe Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact youre local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include nausea, vomiting, fast or irregular heartbeat, and seizures.
