Abletex Pse Usage: Guaifenesin is an expectorant used to help clear mucous and congestion. Pseudoephedrine is a decongestant which helps relieve nasal congestion. it combination drug is used to treat symptoms associated with a cold, allergies or respiratory tract illness.
How to use Abletex Pse: Take this tablet by mouth. it must be swallowed whole. do not crush or chew the medication. If stomach upset occurs, this may be taken with food or milk. Take this medication as directed. do not increase dose or take it more much of times or longer than prescribed. it is recommended to drink plenty of fluids (6-8 glasses day) to help relieve congestion.
Abletex Pse side effects: Nausea, stomach upset, loss of appetite, nervousness, dizziness, or headache may occur the first several days as some your body adjusts to the drug. If these effects continue or become bothersome, inform youre pharmacist. Notify your physician if you develop: chest pain, rapid heart rate, anxiety, fear, difficulty urinating (men only), difficulty sleeping. Because this tablet may cause dizziness, use caution performing tasks requiring alertness & avoid consuming alcohol which can aggravate this effect. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or physician.
Abletex Pse Precautions: Tell your healthcare professional if you have: pre-existing heart disease, kidney disease, liver disease, lung disease, emphysema, high blood pressure, overactive thyroid, diabetes mellitus, glaucoma, difficulty urinating, an enlarged prostate, history of seizures. this drug should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss the risks and benefits with your doctor. it is not known if this drug appears in breast milk; consult some your doctor before breast-feeding.
Abletex Pse tablet interactions: Tell your healthcare professional about any over-the-counter or prescription medication you may take including: sleeping pills, sedatives, tranquilizers, muscle relaxants, tablet for depression, medication since hypertension. Tell you're doctor if you have taken any MAO inhibitors in the last two weeks: furazolidone, phenelzine, selegiline, tranylcypromine, linezolid. do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.
Abletex Pse Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include nausea, vomiting, fast or irregular heartbeat, & seizures.
Abletex Pse special notes: do not share this product with others.
If you missed Abletex Pse dose: If you miss dose, take it as soon as remembered; do not take if Its almost time for the following dose, instead, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' the dose to catch up.
Abletex Pse Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 & 86 degrees F (between 15 & 30 degrees C) away from moisture and sunlight. do not store at the bathroom.
