Spectravite Usage: Vitamins are building blocks of the body. They are used to prevent or treat a vitamin deficiency due to poor nutrition, certain illnesses or during pregnancy.

How to use Spectravite: Take as directed. Food may affect the absorption of certain vitamin products. However, some vitamin goods may be best taken with food. Consult you're pharmacist.
