P Ehedrine Guaifenesin Sr Usage: Guaifenesin is an expectorant used to help clear mucous and congestion. Pseudoephedrine is a decongestant which helps relieve nasal congestion. this combination med is used to treat symptoms associated with cold, allergies or respiratory tract illness.
How to use P Ehedrine Guaifenesin Sr: Take it medication by mouth. it should be swallowed whole. don't crush or chew drug. If stomach upset occurs, this may be taken with food or milk. Take this medication as directed. do not increase the dose or take it more much of of times or longer than prescribed. it is recommended to drink plenty of fluids (6-8 glasses day) to help relieve congestion.
P Ehedrine Guaifenesin Sr side effects: Nausea, stomach upset, loss about appetite, nervousness, dizziness, or headache may occur the 1-st several days as your body adjusts to the drug. If these effects continue or become bothersome, inform you're physician. Notify you're doctor if you develop: chest pain, rapid heart rate, anxiety, fear, difficulty urinating (men only), difficulty sleeping. Because this drug can cause dizziness, use caution performing tasks requiring alertness & avoid consuming alcohol which can aggravate it effect. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact you're doctor or physician.
P Ehedrine Guaifenesin Sr Precautions: Tell your doctor if you have: pre-existing heart disease, kidney disease, liver disease, lung disease, emphysema, high blood pressure, overactive thyroid, diabetes mellitus, glaucoma, difficulty urinating, an enlarged prostate, history about seizures. it medication should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss the risks & benefits with your healthcare professional. It's not known if this med appears in breast milk; consult some your physician before breast-feeding.
P Ehedrine Guaifenesin Sr medication interactions: Tell your pharmacist of any over-the-counter or prescription medication you may take including: sleeping tablets, sedatives, tranquilizers, muscle relaxants, pill for depression, medication for hypertension. Tell you're pharmacist if you have taken any MAO inhibitors in the last 2 weeks: furazolidone, phenelzine, selegiline, tranylcypromine, linezolid. don't start or stop any medicine with out doctor or pharmacist approval.
P Ehedrine Guaifenesin Sr Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include nausea, vomiting, fast or irregular heartbeat, and seizures.

If you missed P Ehedrine Guaifenesin Sr dose: If you miss a dose, take it as soon as remembered; do not take if It's almost time since the following dose, instead, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' dose to catch up.
P Ehedrine Guaifenesin Sr Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (between 15 and 30 degrees C) away from moisture and sunlight. do not store in the bathroom.
