Monarc M Usage: Antihemophilic factor is protein in the blood necessary at forming clots to stop bleeding. it medication is used to temporarily prevent or control bleeding episodes in patients with hemophilia a.
How to use Monarc M: it med is given by injection into vein. rate about injection depends upon patient response but is generally injected over 5 to 10 minutes. powder and dissolving fluid should be warmed to room temperature before combining if they were refrigerated. After adding dissolving fluid, swirl vial gently to completely dissolve the powder. do not use the mixed solution if you find any floating particles in this or this discolors. the drug must than be started within 1 to 3 hours depending on the product. it may vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. the dose & frequency of use of this med will be determined by your condition, weight and situation. Follow your doctor's instructions closely & be sure to ask any questions you may have of this therapy.
Monarc M side effects: it medication is generally well tolerated. Mild chills, nausea & irritation at the injection site may occur. in unlikely event you have an allergic reaction to this med, seek immeditial medical attention. Symptoms of an allergic reaction include: rash, itching, swelling, dizziness, trouble breathing. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your pharmacist or pharmacist.
Monarc M Precautions: Tell your pharmacist your medical history, especially about: other illnesses, any allergies (especially to animal proteins). Because this pill is prepared from people blood, there is a risk of contracting a virus from using this. Careful screening of blood donors, special manufacturing methods and FDA-approved tests are all used to reduce this risk. Discuss this with some your healthcare professional. You should check your heart rate before & during injection. dose or rate of infusion may need to be changed if your heart rate is too fast. this drug should be used only when clearly needed during pregnancy.
