Sinuvent Pe Usage: Guaifenesin is an expectorant used to help clear mucous & congestion. Phenylephrine is a decongestant which helps relieve nasal congestion. this combination medication is used to treat symptoms associated with a cold, allergies or respiratory tract illness.
How to use Sinuvent Pe: Take this drug by mouth. tablets should be swallowed whole. do not crush or chew them. If stomach upset occurs, it may be taken with food or milk. Take this tablet as directed. do not increase the dose or take it more often or longer than prescribed. this is recommended to drink plenty about fluids (6-8 glasses day) to help relieve congestion.
Sinuvent Pe side effects: Nausea, stomach upset, loss of appetite, nervousness, dizziness, or headache may occur the first few days as your body adjusts to medication. If these effects continue or become bothersome, inform your doctor. Notify some your doctor if you develop: chest pain, rapid heart rate, anxiety, fear, difficult or painful urination, difficulty sleeping. Because this medication can cause dizziness, use caution performing tasks requiring alertness & avoid consuming alcohol which can aggravate this effect. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact you're physician or doctor.
Sinuvent Pe Precautions: Tell youre healthcare professional if you have: pre-existing heart disease, kidney disease, liver disease, lung disease, emphysema, hypertension, overactive thyroid, diabetes mellitus, glaucoma, difficulty urinating, an enlarged prostate, history of seizures. this drug must be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss the risk and benefits with you're pharmacist. this is not known if this drug appears in breast milk; consult your healthcare professional before breast-feeding.
Sinuvent Pe drug interactions: Tell your pharmacist of any over-the-counter or prescription medication you may take including: sleeping tablets, sedatives, tranquilizers, muscle relaxants, medication for depression, drug for hypertension. Tell your pharmacist if you have, in last two weeks, taken any MAO inhibitors: furazolidone, phenelzine, selegiline, tranylcypromine, linezolid. don't start or stop any medicine with out doctor or pharmacist approval.
Sinuvent Pe Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include headache, dizziness, blurred vision, unusually fast or slow heartbeat, numbness of the fingers, vomiting, drowsiness, fatigue, or seizures.
Sinuvent Pe special notes: do not share it product with others.
If you missed Sinuvent Pe dose: If you miss dose, take this as soon as remembered; do not take if it is almost time since next dose, instead, skip the missed dose and resume you're usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' dose to catch up.
Sinuvent Pe Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 & 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from moisture & sunlight. do not store in bathroom.
