Symptoms of overdose in adults may include nausea/vomiting, drowsiness, dizziness, or unconsciousness, which may be followed by excitement or seizures.

If you missed Lodrane dose: If you miss dose, take as soon as remembered; do not take if It's almost time for the following dose, instead, skip missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' dose to catch up.
