Emollients - topical

Hydrophor Usage: Emollients substances which soften & moisturize the skin. Emollients may be used as lubricants to treat or prevent dry, itchy skin and minor skin irritations (e.g., diaper rash).

How to use Hydrophor: this medication is to be applied to skin as directed. Avoid use in eyes.

Hydrophor side effects: the majority of the emollients can be used safely and effectively with no side effects. However, if redness, irritation or itching occur or continue, notify your pharmacist or healthcare professional. Inform your pharmacist if the condition for which this medication was prescribed does not improve after few days. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact some your doctor or pharmacist.

Hydrophor Precautions: Tell your physician you're medical history, especially: skin infections/disorders, any allergies. Before using it drug, tell your doctor if you pregnant or breast-feeding.

Hydrophor drug interactions: Tell your doctor about any over-the-counter or prescription medication you may take including: any skin products. do not start or stop any medicine with-out physician or pharmacist approval.

Hydrophor Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact you're local poison control center or emergency room immediately. this medicine may be harmful if swallowed.

Hydrophor special notes: they're are many types of emollient products available. few contain other ingredients or may be scented. They available in different forms such as oils, creams, lotions or sprays. Consult with your healthcare professional or healthcare professional on product that may be best for you.

If you missed Hydrophor dose: Skip missed dose & resume your regular schedule.

Hydrophor Storage: Store at room temperature & keep away from moisture & sunlight. do not freeze liquid forms.
