Colic Usage: Simethicone helps break up gas bubbles in the digestive tract. Its used to relieve symptoms of excess gas & flatulence.

How to use Colic: Take this med by mouth as prescribed, usually after meals & at bedtime. Shake well before measuring each dose. These drops may be swallowed directly or mixed with water. since infants, use only as directed by their healthcare professional.

Colic side effects: this drug is generally well tolerated when used as directed. there are no reports of any side effects due to it med. If you notice another effects not listed above, contact youre doctor or healthcare professional.

Colic Precautions: Tell your physician if you have: other illnesses, allergies. Tell youre healthcare professional if you pregnant before using this pill. this is not known if simethicone passes into breast milk. Though there have been no reports (to date) of harm to nursing infants, consult your physician before using this medication.

Colic drug interactions: Tell your pharmacist of any over-the-counter or prescription drug you may take including any antacids or digestive medication since several combination goods may also contain simethicone. do not start or stop any medicine with-out pharmacist or physician approval.

Colic Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact youre local poison control center or emergency room immediately.

Colic special notes: If you experience problems with gas, limit foods known to cause gas & bloating such as beans, cabbage, broccoli and peanuts. Ask your doctor or a dietician for help in reviewing your diet.

If you missed Colic dose: If you miss dose, take this as soon as remembered; do not take it if it is near time since the following dose, instead, skip missed dose & resume your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' dose to catch up.

Colic Storage: Store in room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from heat & light. Drops may also be stored in refrigerator to improve taste. do not store in bathroom.
