Afrin Childrens Usage: it drug promotes nasal drainage & relieves nasal stuffiness. this is used to relieve symptoms associated with a cold, hay fever, allergies, sinus infections & other related conditions. it is also used to relieve plugged ears.

How to use Afrin Childrens: this med is used in nose as directed. To apply nasal spray, first blow your nose to help improve penetration about med. Keeping youre head upright, place nasal spray just inside nostril being careful not to touch container to inside of the nose. Squeeze the container as you inhale deeply through your nose. Sniff hard some times to be sure drug reaches deep into nose. do not use this more often than directed or increase your dose. Therapy usually lasts for 3 to three days. Excessive use of this medication can actually increase nasal congestion.

Afrin Childrens side effects: Stinging, burning, sneezing, increased nasal discharge, drying about the nostrils, and altered taste may occur. If these effects continue or become bothersome, inform some your healthcare professional. Notify your healthcare professional if you develop: a rapid or pounding heartbeat, dizziness, trouble sleeping, shaking of the hands, tremors, unusual weakness. this med may cause dizziness. Use caution engaging in activities requiring alertness. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your healthcare professional or physician.

Afrin Childrens Precautions: Tell you're doctor if you have: heart problems, thyroid disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, seizure disorder, glaucoma, allergies (especially to sulfites). the elderly & child may be more susceptible to effects of this med. Use it with caution. this medication should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss risks & benefits with your doctor. since small amounts of this drug found in breast milk, consult youre pharmacist before breast-feeding.

Afrin Childrens drug interactions: Tell youre doctor of any over-the-counter or prescription medication you may take especially of: HBP medications, antidepressants, cough-and-cold or allergy drugs. do not start or stop any medicine with-out physician or healthcare professional approval.

Afrin Childrens Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms about overdose may include drowsiness, unconsciousness, sweating, dizziness, headache, or unusually fast heartbeat.

If you missed Afrin Childrens dose: If you miss dose, take it as soon as remembered; do not take this if it is near clock for next dose, instead, skip the missed dose & resume you're usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' dose to catch up.

Afrin Childrens Storage: Store in room temperature between 59 & 86 degrees F (15 and 30 degrees C) away from heat & light. do not store in the bathroom. do not share container with anyone else. Throw away container when pill is no longer required.
