How to use Fluorabon Basic: Take as directed. Food may affect the absorption of certain vitamin products. Also, fluoride absorption may be decreased with food/dairy products high in calcium. Consult your doctor since more following information about taking this with food. If using drops, measure dose carefully using dropper provided. Drops may be swallowed directly or added to liquid or mixed with very small amount of food such as applesauce. the fluoride in this liquid product can be absorbed directly into the teeth as you swallow it, as well as being absorbed into youre system from your stomach. Therefore, it is best not to eat, drink, or rinse your mouth for 30 minutes after taking this. Calcium (including milk & dairy products), aluminum, and magnesium-containing products (e.g., certain antacids or laxatives) can decrease the absorption of fluoride, thereby decreasing It's effectiveness. Take this pill several hours apart from such products/foods.
