    B Complex Usage: Vitamins are the building blocks about body. They are used to prevent or treat a vitamin deficiency due to poor nutrition, certain illnesses or during pregnancy.

    How to use B Complex: Take as directed. Food may affect the absorption about certain vitamin goods. Consult your physician. Chewable meds must be chewed thoroughly before swallowing followed with a glass of water. Timed-release capsules or meds should be swallowed whole.
