Guaifenesin/decongestant - oral liquid

Coldmist S Usage: Guaifenesin is an expectorant used to help clear mucous and congestion. Decongestants (e.g., pseudoephedrine) help relieve nasal congestion. this combination medication is used to treat symptoms associated with a cold, allergies or respiratory tract illness.

How to use Coldmist S: Take it drug by mouth as directed. do not increase dose or take it more often or longer than prescribed. this is recommended to drink plenty of fluids (6-8 glasses day) to help relieve congestion.

Coldmist S side effects: Nausea, stomach upset, loss of appetite, nervousness, dizziness or headache may occur 1'st some days as your body adjusts to the drug. If these effects continue or become bothersome, inform you're doctor. Notify youre doctor if you develop: chest pain, rapid heart rate, anxiety, fear, difficulty urinating (men only), difficulty sleeping. If you notice another effects not listed above, contact some your healthcare professional or doctor.

Coldmist S Precautions: Tell your doctor if you have: heart problems, liver disease, kidney disease, lung disease, emphysema, high blood pressure, overactive thyroid, diabetes mellitus, glaucoma, difficulty urinating or an enlarged prostate, seizures, allergies (especially tablet allergies). Because this medication may cause dizziness, use caution performing tasks requiring alertness & avoid consuming alcohol which can aggravate this effect. this drug should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. It's not known if this medication appears in breast milk; consult your healthcare professional before breast-feeding.

Coldmist S drug interactions: Tell some your physician of any over-the-counter or prescription med you may take, including: sleeping pills, sedatives, tranquilizers, muscle relaxants, medication for depression, high blood pressure drugs. Tell your doctor if you have taken any MAO inhibitors (e.g., furazolidone, linezolid, phenelzine, selegiline, tranylcypromine) in the last two weeks. do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.

Coldmist S Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include nausea, vomiting, fast or irregular heartbeat, and seizures.

Coldmist S special notes: don't share this product with others.

If you missed Coldmist S dose: If you miss a dose, take this as soon as remembered; do not take if It's almost clock for the following dose, instead, skip the missed dose & resume some your usual dosing schedule. don't 'double-up' dose to catch up.

Coldmist S Storage: Store in room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (between 15 and 30 degrees C) away from heat & sunlight. do not store in bathroom.
