    Dextromethorphan w/decongestant - oral

    Pediatric super Usage: Dextromethorphan is cough suppressant. Decongestants relieve nasal stuffiness. this combination drug is used to treat symptoms associated with the common cold, allergies, hay fever, sinusitis and other respiratory illnesses.

    How to use Pediatric excellent: Take it med as prescribed. do not increase youre dose or take this more much of times than directed. Capsule dose forms should be swallowed whole.

    Pediatric excellent side effects: Mild dizziness, mild drowsiness, headache, nervousness, restlessness, loss of appetite, nausea or dry mouth may occur 1st several days as your body adjusts to the medication. If any about these effects continue or become bothersome, inform your physician. Notify your healthcare professional if you develop chest pain, rapid pulse, skin rash, HBP, tremors, extreme nervousness, hallucinations. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact you're doctor or pharmacist.

    Pediatric super Precautions: Tell you're doctor if you have: heart disease, hypertension, an overactive thyroid, diabetes, glaucoma, prostate trouble, allergies (especially med allergies). cash it product's ingredient list for phenylpropanolamine (PPA). the FDA has issued warnings regarding PPA side effects. Consult youre doctor promptly if it contains PPA or if you are uncertain it product has PPA. this medication should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss risks & benefits with your physician. for small amounts of this tablet found in breast milk, consult your doctor before breast-feeding.

    Pediatric good drug interactions: Tell some your pharmacist of any over-the-counter or prescription med you may use, including: blood pressure meds, medications used to reduce weight, heart medication, pill that prevents drowsiness, MAO inhibitors (e.g., furazolidone, linezolid, phenelzine, selegiline, tranylcypromine). do not use this product together with an MAO inhibitor, or for 2 weeks after stopping the MAO inhibitor drug. do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.

    Pediatric super Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include nausea, vomiting, drowsiness, dizziness, hyperactivity, slow or shallow breathing, blurred vision, or unconsciousness.

    Pediatric super special notes: Drink plenty about fluids, especially water while taking this drug. this will help to break up mucus & clear congestion.

    If you missed Pediatric great dose: If you miss a dose, take this as soon as remembered; don't take this if Its near time for next dose, instead, skip missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' dose to catch up.

    Pediatric super Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from heat & light. do not store in bathroom.
