    Antihistamines with decongestants - oral

    Triprolidine Pseudoephedrine Usage: Antihistamines provide relief of symptoms about allergies such as rash, hives, watery eyes, runny nose, itching eyes & sneezing. Decongestants relieve congestion, promote sinus draining & improve breathing.

    How to use Triprolidine Pseudoephedrine: May be taken with food or milk to prevent stomach upset. it is recommended to drink plenty of fluids while taking this medication, unless your doctor instructs you otherwise. If symptoms do not improve after 7 days or are accompanied by high fever, notify your healthcare professional. do not increase dose or take this more frequently than recommended. the suspension dosage form must be shaken well before each use.

    Triprolidine Pseudoephedrine side effects: may cause drowsiness, dizziness, headache, loss of appetite, stomach upset, blurred vision, restlessness, irritability and dry mouth and nose. These effects should subside as some your body adjusts to pill. If they persist or become bothersome, inform your healthcare professional. Notify you're doctor if you develop: breathing difficulties, heart pounding, irregular heartbeat, chest pain, ringing in the ears, difficulty urinating. may cause dizziness especially when rising quickly from seated or lying position. Change positions slowly & be careful on stairs. Use caution engaging in activities requiring alertness. If you notice another effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.

    Triprolidine Pseudoephedrine Precautions: Tell your doctor your medical history, especially about: asthma, glaucoma, ulcers, difficulty urinating due to an enlarged prostate gland, heart disease, high blood pressure, seizures, an overactive thyroid gland, drug allergies. check it product's ingredient list for phenylpropanolamine (PPA). FDA has issued warnings regarding PPA side effects. Consult youre physician promptly if it contains PPA or if you are uncertain this product has PPA. do not drink alcoholic beverages. it drug should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Consult your physician before breast-feeding. don't give this medication to a children younger than six years of age unless directed to do so by a physician.

    Triprolidine Pseudoephedrine tablet interactions: Tell your physician what medications you take, especially of: HBP medications, anti-seizure drugs, antidepressants, sleeping pills, sedatives, tranquilizers, muscle relaxants, narcotic pain drug, other cold or allergy med. do not take this drug if you have taken an MAO inhibitor (e.g., furazolidone, linezolid, phenelzine, selegiline, tranylcypromine) within last two weeks. don't start or stop any medicine without physician or pharmacist approval.

    Triprolidine Pseudoephedrine Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose in kid may include dizziness, nausea/vomiting, abnormal eye movements, flushed face, dry mouth, change in amount of urine, fever, excitation, agitation, unconsciousness, bizarre behavior, confusion, restlessness, irritability, delirium, twitching, tiredness, abnormal tongue movement, trembling extremities, slurred speech, or seizures. Symptoms of overdose in adults may include nausea/vomiting, drowsiness, dizziness, or unconsciousness, which may be followed by excitement or seizures.

    Triprolidine Pseudoephedrine special notes: don't share this product with others.

    If you missed Triprolidine Pseudoephedrine dose: If you miss a dose, take as soon as remembered; don't take if it is almost clock for the next dose, instead, skip missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. don't 'double-up' the dose to catch up.

    Triprolidine Pseudoephedrine Storage: Store at room temperature away from sunlight & moisture.
