Drops may be swallowed directly or added to liquid or mixed with a small amount of food such as applesauce. the fluoride in it liquid product can be absorbed directly into the teeth as you swallow it, as well as being absorbed in to some your system from your stomach. Therefore, it is best not to eat, drink, or rinse youre mouth for 30 minutes after taking this. Calcium (including milk & dairy products), aluminum, & magnesium-containing products (e.g., certain antacids or laxatives) can decrease the absorption of fluoride, thereby decreasing this is effectiveness. Take this med some hours apart from such products/foods.
