Suphedrine Cold Allergy Usage: Antihistamines provide relief of symptoms about allergies such as rash, hives, watery eyes, runny nose, itching eyes and sneezing. Decongestants relieve congestion, promote sinus draining and improve breathing.
How to use Suphedrine Cold Allergy: May be taken with food or milk to prevent stomach upset. this is recommended to drink plenty about fluids while taking this medication, unless your pharmacist instructs you otherwise. If symptoms do not improve after 7 days or are accompanied by a high fever, notify you're doctor. do not increase dose or take it more frequently than recommended. suspension dosage form must be shaken well before each use.
Suphedrine Cold Allergy side effects: may cause drowsiness, dizziness, headache, loss of appetite, stomach upset, blurred vision, restlessness, irritability & dry mouth & nose. These effects should subside as your body adjusts to the medication. If they persist or become bothersome, inform your doctor. Suphedrine Cold Allergy Precautions: Tell your doctor you're medical history, especially about: asthma, glaucoma, ulcers, difficulty urinating due to an enlarged prostate gland, heart disease, hypertension, seizures, an overactive thyroid gland, drug allergies. cash this product's ingredient list for phenylpropanolamine (PPA). FDA has issued warnings regarding PPA side effects. Consult your physician promptly if it contains PPA or if you are uncertain this product has PPA. don't drink alcoholic beverages. it medication should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Suphedrine Cold Allergy drug interactions: Tell your doctor what medications you take, especially of: HBP medications, anti-seizure drugs, antidepressants, sleeping pills, sedatives, tranquilizers, muscle relaxants, narcotic pain drug, other cold or allergy medication. do not take it drug if you have taken an MAO inhibitor (e.g., furazolidone, linezolid, phenelzine, selegiline, tranylcypromine) within the last 2 weeks. do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or physician approval.
Suphedrine Cold Allergy Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms about overdose in children may include dizziness, nausea/vomiting, abnormal eye movements, flushed face, dry mouth, change in amount of urine, fever, excitation, agitation, unconsciousness, bizarre behavior, confusion, restlessness, irritability, delirium, twitching, tiredness, abnormal tongue movement, trembling extremities, slurred speech, or seizures. Symptoms of overdose in adults may include nausea/vomiting, drowsiness, dizziness, or unconsciousness, which may be followed by excitement or seizures.

If you missed Suphedrine Cold Allergy dose: If you miss a dose, take as soon as remembered; do not take if this is almost time for the next dose, instead, skip missed dose & resume you're usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' the dose to catch up.
