    Eldoquin Forte Usage: this medication is used to temporarily fade dark skin spots such as freckles and 'age spots'.

    How to use Eldoquin Forte: this medication is since use on skin only. Use carefully if applying to face. Avoid contact with the eyes and mouth. Use as directed, usually 2 times day. for best results, apply very small amount of drug on the skin to be treated. thin layer is every that is needed. Rub in gently. do not use on irritated or broken skin.

    Eldoquin Forte side effects: this medication may cause dry skin, burning, irritation, redness, cracking or peeling of the skin or rash. Inform your healthcare professional if any of these symptoms continue or become worse. Notify your doctor if you develop: a skin rash, swelling in area medication was applied to. Tell your doctor immediately if any of these unlikely but serious side effects occur: gradual blue-black darkening about skin (ochronosis). in unlikely event you have an allergic reaction to this drug, seek immediate medical attention. Symptoms of an allergic reaction include: rash, itching, swelling, dizziness, trouble breathing. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact you're healthcare professional or physician.

    Eldoquin Forte Precautions: Tell your doctor if you have: other illnesses, other infections, any allergies (especially to sulfites, certain brands of it medication contain sulfites). it medication should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss the risks & benefits with your physician. it is not known if this med is found in breast milk. Consult some your pharmacist before breast-feeding.

    Eldoquin Forte drug interactions: Tell your healthcare professional of any over-the-counter or prescription medication you use, including: all skin products. do not start or stop any medicine with-out doctor or doctor approval.

    Eldoquin Forte Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. this medicine may be harmful if swallowed.

    Eldoquin Forte special notes: If no effect is noticed after two months of treatment, notify your pharmacist. for best effects, avoid sun exposure. Use sunscreen and wear protective clothing while outside.

    If you missed Eldoquin Forte dose: If you miss dose, apply it as soon as remembered; do not apply it if It's near time for the next dose, instead, skip the missed dose & resume your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' dose to catch up.

    Eldoquin Forte Storage: Store in room temperature between 59 & 86 degrees F (15 and 30 degrees C) away from heat & light. Discard unused medication after expiration date noted on container.
