Tri Tann Usage: Antihistamines provide relief of symptoms of allergies such as rash, hives, watery eyes, runny nose, itching eyes and sneezing. Decongestants relieve congestion, promote sinus draining and improve breathing.
How to use Tri Tann: May be taken with food or milk to prevent stomach upset. It's recommended to drink plenty of fluids while taking this medication, unless you're healthcare professional instructs you otherwise. If symptoms do not improve after 7 days or accompanied by high fever, notify your doctor. do not increase dose or take this more frequently than recommended. suspension dosage form must be shaken well before each use.
Tri Tann side effects: may cause drowsiness, dizziness, headache, loss about appetite, stomach upset, blurred vision, restlessness, irritability and dry mouth & nose. These effects should subside as your body adjusts to the pill. If they persist or become bothersome, inform your physician. Notify your physician if you develop: breathing difficulties, heart pounding, irregular heartbeat, chest pain, ringing in ears, difficulty urinating. can cause dizziness especially when rising quickly from a seated or lying position. Change positions slowly & be careful on stairs. Use caution engaging in activities requiring alertness. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.
Tri Tann Precautions: Tell youre healthcare professional your medical history, especially of: asthma, glaucoma, ulcers, difficulty urinating due to an enlarged prostate gland, heart disease, high blood pressure, seizures, an overactive thyroid gland, drug allergies. dollars this product's ingredient list for phenylpropanolamine (PPA). FDA has issued warnings regarding PPA side effects. Consult your healthcare professional promptly if it contains PPA or if you are uncertain this product has PPA. do not drink alcoholic beverages. this medication should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Consult your healthcare professional before breast-feeding. don't give this drug to a child younger than 6 years of age unless directed to do so by a healthcare professional.
Tri Tann pill interactions: Tell some your physician what medications you take, especially of: hypertension meds, anti-seizure drugs, antidepressants, sleeping pills, sedatives, tranquilizers, muscle relaxants, narcotic pain medication, other cold or allergy medication. do not take this medication if you have taken an MAO inhibitor (e.g., furazolidone, linezolid, phenelzine, selegiline, tranylcypromine) within the last two weeks. do not start or stop any medicine with out pharmacist or pharmacist approval.
Tri Tann Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose in children may include dizziness, nausea/vomiting, abnormal eye movements, flushed face, dry mouth, change in amount about urine, fever, excitation, agitation, unconsciousness, bizarre behavior, confusion, restlessness, irritability, delirium, twitching, tiredness, abnormal tongue movement, trembling extremities, slurred speech, or seizures. Symptoms of overdose in adults may include nausea/vomiting, drowsiness, dizziness, or unconsciousness, which may be followed by excitement or seizures.
Tri Tann special notes: do not share this product with others.
If you missed Tri Tann dose: If you miss a dose, take as soon as remembered; do not take if this is almost time for following dose, instead, skip missed dose & resume youre usual dosing schedule. don't 'double-up' dose to catch up.
Tri Tann Storage: Store at room temperature away from sunlight and moisture.
