Medidrops Usage: this drug is used in eye to relieve redness, burning & irritation due to dry eyes, allergies or minor irritations.
How to use Medidrops: it medication is for use in the eye as directed. One or two drops are placed in the affected eyes up to 4 times day. Apply eye drops as follows: Wash hands first. To avoid contamination, be careful not to touch dropper or let it touch you're eye. Shake the eye drops well before using. Tilt you're head back, gaze upward and pull down lower eyelid to make a pouch. Place dropper directly over eye & administer the prescribed number of drops. look downward & gently close some your eye for 1 to two minutes. Place one finger at corner of the eye near the nose and apply gentle pressure. this will prevent pill from draining away from eye. Try not to blink & don't rub eye. do not rinse the dropper. Wash hands after use. If you are using another kind of eye drop, wait at least five minutes before applying other medications.
Medidrops side effects: this med may temporarily sting or burn your eye for a minute or two when 1'st applied. If this continues or becomes bothersome, inform your doctor. Vision may be temporarily blurred or unstable since few minutes after applying eye drops. Use caution if driving or performing duties requiring clear vision. Notify your doctor if you develop: skin rash, eye pain, swelling in or around eyes, vision problems. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact youre physician or pharmacist.
Medidrops Precautions: Tell your physician if you have: another illnesses, allergies (especially drug allergies). this medication should be used with caution during pregnancy or while breast-feeding. Discuss risks & benefits with youre doctor.
Medidrops drug interactions: Tell some your doctor of any over-the-counter or prescription drug you may use, including: other eye medications. don't start or stop any medicine without physician or pharmacist approval.
Medidrops Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. this medicine may be harmful if swallowed.
Medidrops special notes: If the condition for which it was prescribed does not improve or becomes worse after several days, consult your physician.
If you missed Medidrops dose: If you miss a dose, apply it as soon as remembered; do not apply it if Its near the time for the next dose, instead, skip the missed dose & resume your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' the dose to catch up.
Medidrops Storage: Close the container tightly after each use. Store at room temperature between 59 & 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from heat & light. Discard this if solution turns brown, cloudy or contains particles.
