    Combination antibiotic - ophthalmic ointment

    Triple Antibiotic Usage: this med is used to treat eye infections.

    How to use Triple Antibiotic: for best effects, this drug must be used as directed. Continue using it since full clock prescribed. Stopping it medication too soon may not clear the infection & could possibly result in a reinfection. Apply eye ointment to the affected eyes as follows: Wash hands 1st. To avoid contamination, be careful not to touch the tube tip or let this touch your eye. Rolling the ointment tube in your hands for minute will make the ointment flow easier. Tilt youre head back, gaze upward and pull down the lower eyelid to make pouch. Place 1/4 to 1/2 inch of ointment into the pouch by squeezing tube gently. Close the eye and roll eyeball in every directions to spread tablet. Try not to blink & do not rub eye. Wipe tip of ointment tube with a tissue to remove excess drug before capping it. If you are using an eye drop in addition to it medication, apply eye drops 1st and wait at least five minutes before applying it eye ointment. If you using another type of eye ointment, wait at least ten minutes after using this medication before applying this.

    Triple Antibiotic side effects: this medication may temporarily sting or burn your eyes for a minute or two when first applied. If this continues or becomes bothersome, inform you're physician. Vision may be temporarily blurred or unstable for period after applying eye ointment. Use caution if driving or performing duties requiring clear vision. Notify youre healthcare professional immediately if you develop: rash, itching or burning eyes, redness/pain or swelling in or around eyes, vision problems. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact youre doctor or physician.

    Triple Antibiotic Precautions: Tell your pharmacist your medical history, especially of: all eye problems, any allergies you may have. it pill should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss risks and benefits with you're healthcare professional. it is not known if this eye drug is excreted into breast milk. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.

    Triple Antibiotic drug interactions: Tell your physician about any over-the-counter or prescription drug you may take. don't start or stop any medicine with out physician or physician approval.

    Triple Antibiotic Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. it medicine may be harmful if swallowed.

    Triple Antibiotic special notes: If condition for which this was prescribed does not improve or becomes worse after some days, consult some your pharmacist.

    If you missed Triple Antibiotic dose: If you miss a dose, use it as soon as remembered; do not use it if Its near the time for the following dose, instead, skip missed dose & resume your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' dose to catch up.

    Triple Antibiotic Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from heat and light. money expiration date on the tube and discard any expired drug.
