    Erygel Usage: it drug is an antibiotic used on the skin to control acne. it contains large amount about alcohol, which aids in drying excess oils from the skin.

    How to use Erygel: it drug is for topical use only. Clean & dry the affected area as directed. then apply a little of drug on the skin. thin layer is all that is needed. do not use large amounts, apply this more often or use this since a longer period than directed. your condition will not clear faster, but chance for side effects may be increased. Avoid contact with the eyes or inside nose and mouth.

    Erygel side effects: it drug can cause burning, redness, peeling, flaking or dry skin especially the first few days as youre body adjusts to the medication. If these symptoms continue, become worse or you develop skin rash, notify youre doctor. in the unlikely episode you have an allergic reaction to this drug, seek healthcare attention immediately. Symptoms of an allergic reaction include: rash, itching, swelling, dizziness, trouble breathing. If you notice another effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.

    Erygel Precautions: Tell your healthcare professional your medical history, especially of: previous illnesses or infections, any allergies (especially to another antibiotics). it medication should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss risks and benefits with youre physician. Its not known if this pill is found in breast milk. Consult you're healthcare professional before breast-feeding.

    Erygel drug interactions: Tell your pharmacist about any over-the-counter or prescription med you may take including: skin products. do not start or stop any medicine without physician or pharmacist approval.

    Erygel Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. this medicine may be harmful if swallowed.

    Erygel special notes: since optimal results, this drug is often used as part of total skin care regimen.

    If you missed Erygel dose: If you miss dose, apply this as soon as remembered; don't take it if Its near the clock for following dose, instead, skip the missed dose & resume your usual dosing schedule. don't 'double-up' dose to catch up.

    Erygel Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 & 86 degrees F (15 and 30 degrees C) away from heat. check expiration date on the tube & discard any expired med.
