Polysorb Hydrate Usage: Emollients are substances which soften & moisturize skin. Emollients may be used as lubricants to treat or prevent dry, itchy skin & minor skin irritations (e.g., diaper rash).

How to use Polysorb Hydrate: this medication is to be applied to skin as directed. Avoid use in eyes.

Polysorb Hydrate side effects: most emollients can be used safely and effectively with no side effects. However, if redness, irritation or itching occur or continue, notify your pharmacist or physician. Inform some your doctor if condition for which it medication was prescribed does not improve after a few days. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.

If you missed Polysorb Hydrate dose: Skip missed dose & resume your regular schedule.

Polysorb Hydrate Storage: Store in room temperature & keep away from moisture & sunlight. do not freeze liquid forms.
