    Decongestant/antihistamine/anticholinergic - oral

    D a Ii Usage: Decongestants relieve nasal stuffiness. Antihistamines relieve runny nose, sneezing, itchy nose & throat & itchy, watery eyes. Anticholinergics have drying effect on mucous secretions. this combination pill is used to treat symptoms associated with common cold, allergies, hay fever, sinusitis and other respiratory illnesses.

    How to use D Ii: Take this medication as prescribed. Be sure to follow instructions closely. do not increase your dose or take this more much of times than directed. this medication is best taken with a full glass of water after meal or snack. Long-acting pills & capsules should be swallowed whole. do not crush or chew them or the long action may be destroyed and chance about side effects increased.

    D Ii side effects: Dizziness, headache, loss about appetite, nausea, blurred vision, constipation or dry mouth, nose & eyes may occur 1'st several days as some your body adjusts to medication. If any of these effects continue or become bothersome, inform your healthcare professional. Notify your doctor if you develop: chest pain, a rapid pulse, skin rash, HBP, difficulty urinating, tremors, nervousness, hallucinations. To avoid dizziness & lightheadedness when rising from seated or lying position, get up slowly. Also limit youre intake of alcoholic beverages which will aggravate these effects. To relieve dry mouth, suck on (sugarless) hard candy or ice chips, chew (sugarless) gum, drink water or use saliva substitute. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your healthcare professional or pharmacist.

    D a Ii Precautions: Tell your physician if you have: pre-existing kidney disease, heart disease, lung disease, asthma, emphysema, HBP, an overactive thyroid, diabetes, glaucoma, prostate trouble, depression, any allergies. bucks this product's ingredient list for phenylpropanolamine (PPA). FDA has issued warnings regarding PPA side effects. Consult your doctor promptly if this contains PPA or if you are uncertain this product has PPA. this drug should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss risks & benefits with your physician. since small amounts about it medication are found in breast milk, consult you're physician before breast-feeding.

    D Ii drug interactions: Tell some your pharmacist of any over-the-counter or prescription pill you may take including: medication for blood pressure, medication for depression such as MAO inhibitors (e.g., furazolidone, linezolid, moclobemide, phenelzine, procarbazine, selegiline). Tell your pharmacist if you take drugs that cause drowsiness such as: medicine for sleep, sedatives, tranquilizers, anti-anxiety pills (e.g., diazepam), narcotic pain relievers (e.g., codeine), psychiatric medicines (e.g., phenothiazines or tricyclics), anti- seizure drugs (e.g., carbamazepine), muscle relaxants. Limit youre intake of alcoholic beverages while taking this medication. do not start or stop any medicine with-out doctor or pharmacist approval.

    D a Ii Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include nausea/vomiting, headache, weakness, disorientation, hyperactivity, restlessness, drowsiness, dizziness, blurred vision, fast breathing, fever, hot dry & flushed skin, seizures, or coma.

    D a Ii special notes: Drink plenty of fluids, especially water while taking this pill. it will help to break up mucus and clear congestion.

    If you missed D a Ii dose: If you miss dose, take this as soon as remembered; do not take it if It's near time for next dose, instead, skip missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' the dose to catch up.

    D a Ii Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from heat & light. don't store in bathroom.
