Centex Pse Usage: Guaifenesin is an expectorant used to help clear mucous & congestion. Pseudoephedrine is decongestant which helps relieve nasal congestion. this combination medication is used to treat symptoms associated with cold, allergies or respiratory tract illness.
How to use Centex Pse: Take it drug by mouth. it should be swallowed whole. don't crush or chew medication. If stomach upset occurs, this may be taken with food or milk. Take this drug as directed. don't increase the dose or take it more much of times or longer than prescribed. It's recommended to drink plenty of fluids (6-8 glasses day) to help relieve congestion.
Centex Pse side effects: Nausea, stomach upset, loss of appetite, nervousness, dizziness, or headache may occur first few days as your body adjusts to the drug. If these effects continue or become bothersome, inform your doctor. Notify you're healthcare professional if you develop: chest pain, rapid heart rate, anxiety, fear, difficulty urinating (men only), difficulty sleeping. Because it drug may cause dizziness, use caution performing tasks requiring alertness & avoid consuming alcohol which can aggravate it effect. If you notice another effects not listed above, contact some your doctor or healthcare professional.
Centex Pse Precautions: Tell your doctor if you have: pre-existing heart disease, kidney disease, liver disease, lung disease, emphysema, hypertension, overactive thyroid, diabetes mellitus, glaucoma, difficulty urinating, an enlarged prostate, history of seizures. this drug should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss the risks and benefits with youre pharmacist. It's not known if this tablet appears in breast milk; consult youre physician before breast-feeding.
Centex Pse drug interactions: Tell you're physician of any over-the-counter or prescription medication you may take including: sleeping tablets, sedatives, tranquilizers, muscle relaxants, tablet for depression, drug for HBP. Tell youre pharmacist if you have taken any MAO inhibitors in the last two weeks: furazolidone, phenelzine, selegiline, tranylcypromine, linezolid. don't start or stop any medicine without doctor or doctor approval.
Centex Pse Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact some your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include nausea, vomiting, quick or irregular heartbeat, & seizures.
Centex Pse special notes: do not share it product with others.
If you missed Centex Pse dose: If you miss a dose, take it as soon as remembered; don't take if it is almost time for next dose, instead, skip missed dose and resume you're usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' the dose to catch up.
Centex Pse Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 & 86 degrees F (between 15 and 30 degrees C) away from moisture and sunlight. do not store in the bathroom.
